If Courseload is not responding as usual, or you think the system might not be working properly, please call the UITS Support Center. UITS staff there will troubleshoot and try to resolve the problem. If they are unable to resolve the difficulty, they will collect and record the details of the problem and alert the Courseload system administrators on your behalf.
